Corporate Allocation Services provides professional, management and technical support services to federal government agencies such as the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and other US government agencies.

We serve a market where performance, integrity, and reliability are critical. As a Prime Contractor to government agencies, performance is expected and measured by both our customers and our own internal assessment processes.

Founded in 1997, Corporate Allocation Services has grown consistently since its inception. We were named the second fastest growing, private, Colorado company in 2008 by the Denver Business Journal.

Management Team


Barbara Erisman, President
Barbara Erisman is the president of Corporate Allocation Services. Her experience includes over twenty years as a Senior Human Resource Professional including work in both government and commercial environments. These credentials bring a unique perspective which allows her to analyze and respond to situations based on the best interests of customers, employees and the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Regis University.

Todd Bontrager, Senior Vice President
Todd Bontrager, Senior Vice President of Corporate Allocation Services, brings a unique blend of leadership and technical financial management skills. This expertise was developed over the past 20 years through implementation of business process improvements and management of government contracts. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he has facilitated various internal financial restructuring efforts within the federal government industry, served as liaison to public and corporate auditing organizations, and led operational management groups toward improved fiscal responsibility and legally compliant corporate objectives. He holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Accounting and International Finance from Colorado State University.
